Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, former Food and Agriculture Minister, has challenged his critics to a Tennis match if they think he is too old to contest for the Presidential seat.

"It is not only about intelligence, we are talking about physical strength. Anyone saying that should one Saturday come to the Giolden Tulip Tennis Club and come for a racket and let's play for two hours and let's see who will fall flat," he said in response to claims by some critics and asked by Kwami Sefa Kayi on Peace FM's 'kokrokoo' programme Thursday morning.

"The 'children' who ascended to the throne we saw them. President Mahama was in his fifties when he became President, and he made us sleep in darkness and destroyed businesses forever and ver . . . he should let us go and play Tennis and see who is stronger," he humorously said.
